No. Checkout is guest-only and there is no account system on this site at all. You give us a name, a shipping address and an email address, and that is the whole of it. Your order number and tracking number arrive by email, so keep that message; it is the only record on your side.

Because this website does not process payments. It is a set of static pages with no server, so there is nothing here that could take a transaction. When you place an order we record it and email you a secure payment link handled by an outside payment processor. Your payment credentials are entered there, never on a Truvision page, and we never see or store them.

Email [email protected] with your order number as soon as you can. If the order has not been packed we will change the address, swap an item or cancel it outright at no charge. Once a parcel has a label we can no longer stop it, and the order becomes a standard return once it reaches you.

Your cart is stored in your own browser on the device you were using, not on our side. It survives closing the tab and closing the browser, but it does not follow you to a second device, and it disappears if you clear your browsing data or shop in a private window. Nothing was ordered and nothing was charged.

No. This site has no saved lists, no customer-written reviews and no mailing list, and it does not ask for your email address for anything except the order you are placing. The star ratings shown on product pages come from the supplier catalog data we publish with each listing, not from anything collected on this website.

Every product page lists height, width and depth in inches directly under the price, before the add-to-cart button. Mirrors carry both the glass size and the overall framed size. Wall art carries the finished outside size with the frame included. Measure your wall, shelf or nightstand first, then compare; that one step prevents most of the returns we see.

Our photography is studio photography, shot against white so you can see shape, finish and proportion without a styled room distracting from the piece. It is honest about the product and useless about scale, which is exactly why we put the measurements where we do and describe the setting each piece was designed for in words.

Orders are picked and packed within one business day. After that, Standard takes 3-7 business days, Expedited takes 2-3 business days, and Next business day arrives the following business day when the order is placed before 1:00 PM Mountain. The date range shown at checkout already includes handling time.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75, measured on the merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax. Below $75, Standard is a flat $6.95 per order no matter how many pieces are in it. Expedited and Next business day are always charged at their posted rates. The cart tells you how much more you need to cross the line.

No. We ship to street addresses in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia only. We cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or package consolidation services. An order placed to an address we cannot serve is cancelled and refunded in full within two business days, and we email you to explain before doing it.

Assume not unless the product page says otherwise. Each lamp listing names the socket type, the maximum wattage and whether the fixture is dimmable, so you can buy the right bulb once rather than twice. Lamps ship with a US plug and a cord length listed in inches on the same page as the dimensions.

Most arrive with the hook, D-rings or sawtooth hanger already fitted, and the product page says which. Wall anchors and screws suited to your own wall are not included, because the right fixing depends on drywall, plaster or masonry. Every listing gives the weight in pounds so you or your installer can choose a fixing that holds.

Thirty days from delivery, on unused pieces in their original packaging, with no restocking fee. Write to us for a return authorization and instructions before sending anything back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving and being checked.

Report breakage within seven days of delivery and send photographs of the piece and of the outer box. Glass and ceramics travel with corner protection, but carriers are carriers. With the photographs we file the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or a refund straight away, without asking you to ship the damaged piece back.
