Shipping policy
What it costs, how long it takes, and where we can send it. Everything that affects the price of getting an order to you is written here in full, so that nothing about shipping appears for the first time at checkout.
Where we ship
Truvision LLC ships to street addresses in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders or package consolidation services.
Orders placed to an address we cannot serve are cancelled and refunded in full within two business days, and we email you to explain rather than letting the order sit unfulfilled.
Rates and free shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, regardless of how many items are in it. Orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more ship Standard at no charge; the discount applies automatically in the cart, and the cart tells you how much more you need to reach it.
Expedited is $14.95 and takes 2-3 business days. Next business day is $29.95 and arrives the following business day when the order is placed before 1:00 PM Mountain. Both are charged at their posted rates on every order, including orders over $75.
The free shipping threshold is measured on the merchandise subtotal after any discount and before tax. If a return drops an order below $75, the Standard shipping we absorbed is deducted from the refund, and we tell you the exact amount before processing it.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within one business day. Orders placed on a weekend or a federal holiday are processed the next business morning. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time, and the two are already added together in the delivery date range shown at checkout.
Lamps and mirrors are packed with corner protection and, where the piece needs it, a double-walled outer box. If a piece cannot be packed safely we contact you before shipping rather than sending it at risk.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the label is created. Carrier scans can take up to twenty-four hours to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal. Because this site has no customer accounts, that email is where your tracking lives; keep it with your order number.
If tracking has not moved in three business days, write to us with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier. If a parcel is marked delivered and is not there, tell us within seven days and we will trace it and send a replacement or refund without waiting for the carrier to finish its investigation.
Damaged in transit
Report breakage within seven days of delivery. Photographs of the item and the outer box let us file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund without waiting for a return, and without asking you to repack broken glass.
Please keep the original packaging until you have unpacked and inspected everything. If a replacement is sent, it ships at our cost by the same service you originally chose.
