These terms govern your use of truvision-llc.com and any order you place through it. Using the site means you accept them. They are written to be read once, not to be impossible to read.

Who you are dealing with

Everything sold here is sold by Truvision LLC directly. There are no third-party sellers, no marketplace listings and no affiliate arrangements on this site.

Orders and acceptance

An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept it when we send your order confirmation, and only then. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if the delivery address is one we cannot serve.

The order number generated at checkout identifies your order in every message between us. Keep the confirmation email; because this site has no accounts, that email is the only copy of the order on your side.

Prices, payment and tax

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout on the rate applicable to your delivery address. Shipping is charged as set out in the shipping policy. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order we have already accepted.

No payment is taken on this website. After the order is placed we email a secure link to an outside payment processor, and payment is made there under that provider's terms. If we do not receive payment within seven days the order is cancelled and you are told by email.

Product information and images

We measure and describe every piece as accurately as we can, and dimensions are given in inches and weights in pounds. Photographs are taken in a studio on a white background; colour reproduction varies between screens, and finishes such as brass, bronze and blackened metal are especially hard to render exactly.

Minor variation in natural materials such as wood, stone, ceramic and hand-applied finishes is characteristic of those materials rather than a defect. If a piece differs from its listing in a way that matters, that is a not-as-described return and we pay the return postage.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may browse this site, place orders and print pages for your own use. You may not scrape it, copy the catalog wholesale, attempt to interfere with it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The text, page design, and photography on this site belong to Truvision LLC or are used with permission, and remain protected. Brand names appearing on product pages belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the goods we sell.

Liability, governing law and changes

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under US consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be limited, including your rights over faulty goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and of the United States. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may revise these terms; the version published here when you place an order is the version that governs it, and the updated date above tells you when it last changed.
